Detective JP Guarino spoke to a crowded auditorium Tuesday afternoon at the North Campus of Cape Fear Community College. The presentation focused on local gang activity in the tri-county area. A question-and-answer panel included New Hanover County Sheriff’ Ed McMahon, Assistant District Attorney Jon David, Wilmington Police Chief Ralph Evangelous, and FBI Agent Keith Bethke.
