New Hanover County Narcotics Detectives have arrested three individuals and charged them with multiple drug violations. Justice Price, Michael Elijah and Cherelle Autry are in the New Hanover County Detention Facility under secure bond. After an undercover investigation Detectives seized 20 bags of heroin with “Fruit Punch” stamped on them from Price and Elijah. Further investigation led Detectives to Cherelle Autry’s home where she was arrested on additional drug charges.
