Routine Immunizations are accepted on a walk-in basis. Please bring a copy of your immunization record. Costs vary depending on the type of immunization, insurance coverage, and other qualifications. Please call 910-798-3500 for pricing information.
If you are a new patient or need to update information please complete the Patient Registration Form (PDF) prior to your appointment this will help expedite the registration process for you.
Flu Vaccinations
During flu season, residents can receive a flu vaccine at no cost by visiting the Health and Human Services Building at 1650 Greenfield Street in Wilmington. Flu Vaccines are available to those six months and older Monday through Friday, 9 am to 3 pm. Proof of residency or insurance is not required and an appointment is not necessary. Residents who do have insurance are asked to bring their insurance card to file but Public Health will not ask for any payment. For other or additional vaccinations make an appointment with the Public Health clinic by calling 910-798-3500.
*Drive Thru Flu Shot Event*
A Drive Thru flu shot event is a quick and easy way for your family to stay prepared for the upcoming respiratory virus season. Stop by the Heath & Human Services Annex and have the flu shot come right to you in your vehicle. Flu vaccines will be available to all 6 months and older. No appointment is necessary and there is no out of pocket cost. Insurance is not required but those with insurance are asked to bring documentation for registration purposes.
