Three Arrested, 569 Ecstasy Pills Seized

WILMINGTON – On Wednesday, Detectives with the New Hanover County Sheriff’s Office Vice and Narcotic Division arrested three and seized 569 ecstasy pills.

The investigation culminated when detectives initiated an undercover purchase of 500 ecstasy pills in a retail parking lot near Market Street & New Centre Drive.  After the suspects were arrested, detectives searched a motel room which was under the suspects’ control, and found an additional 69 ecstasy pills.  The ecstasy pills, valued at $11,380, were multi-colored and stamped with a variety of emblems.

Teremus “Trey” Devon Pigford, 30, of Jonesboro, GA, has been charged with two counts of possession with intent to manufacture sell and deliver, two counts of possession of marijuana, conspiracy to traffick ecstasy, trafficking drugs and maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for drugs. Pigford remains in custody at the New Hanover County Detention Facility under a $300,000 secured bond.

Jasmine Quatowa Manley, 22, of Middle River, MD, has been charged with possession with intent to manufacture sell and deliver, possession of marijuana, trafficking drugs, conspiracy to traffick ecstasy, and failure to appear/comply on a previous charge.  Manley remains in custody at the New Hanover County Detention Facility under a $20,500 secured bond.

Kimberly Lynn Langley, 29, of Mt. Olive, NC, has been charged with possession with intent to see manufacture and deliver, possession of marijuana, possession of schedule IV, selling schedule I, two counts of trafficking drugs, conspiracy to traffick drugs, and maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for drugs.  Langley remains in custody at the New Hanover County Detention Facility under a $20,000 secured bond.
