The Support Services Division offices are primarily located throughout the New Hanover County Judicial Building located at 316 Princess Street in downtown Wilmington. They also have several satellite offices located in other areas of the county. Support Services consists of approximately 85 employees (sworn and civilian) and is divided into three Sections:

The Administrator of this Division is Major L. Ruefle.  The day-to-day operations of the Support Services Division are directly coordinated by the Division Commander, Captain M.W. Vincent. The Assistant Division Commander, Lieutenant T.C. Robinson provides administrative support to Capt. Vincent and serves as the Division Commander in the absence of the Captain.   Star McKoy serves as the Sheriff’s Office Court Liaison.  Each Section has a Supervising Lieutenant who is directly responsible in overseeing the employees working in their area.
