The Sheriff under statutory authority may sell a judgment debtors right, title, or interest in personal or real property to satisfy a court awarded judgment. The property being offered for sale shall be subject to all liens, mortgages, easements, and encumbrances, which were or became effective on the record prior to the levy of the execution under which the sale is being held. All items are purchased “AS IS.” There are no representations of warranty relating to the title or any physical, environmental, health or safety conditions existing in, on, at, or relating to the property being offered for sale. Payment is due at the time of sale.
